Ideal Veterinary Hospital of Oak Ridge Tennessee is eager to expand our team! We are looking for another DVM to come practice high quality, compassionate veterinary medicine within the sought-after community of Oak Ridge. We offer a wide range of services to our clients to ensure the best care and diagnostics for the pets we care for. We have vast and up-to-date equipment that aid us in making the most accurate diagnostics. From routine physical examination and vaccination to soft tissue and orthopedic surgeries, we provide all kinds of expertise.
We welcome DVMs of all experience levels! If you are a new or recent graduate, we are willing to provide any desired mentorship. Our staff of doctors, receptionists, assistants, and a certified veterinary technician are supportive and welcoming of new graduates. We welcome the enthusiasm, energy, and opportunity you can bring the most current knowledge available. If you desire mentorship, we offer our senior doctor’s willingness to thoroughly teach procedures and techniques, to improve proficiency, and help prevent you from becoming overwhelmed. Our hospitable clientele come from all backgrounds and are equally welcoming of new doctors. - Dental Cleaning and Tooth Extraction with use of an IM3 High Speed Dental Unit
- Soft Tissue Surgery (From Spay and Neuter to Exploratory)
- Orthopedic Surgery (From Cruciate Repair to Bone Pinning)
- In-house digital radiology, laboratory, and pharmacy
- Diagnostic Ultrasound
- Pulse Oximetry, EKG, Blood Pressure Measurements, and I-stat Analyzer
